We are excited to service the Dallas-Fort Worth Area an provide services to those recognized firms that serve this area. The following terms and conditions apply to all of our inspection services;

1. Mortgage Company Information ( Representative's Name, Company Name, Complete Headquarter Address and phone number) MUST be provided prior to consideration for services.

2. Builder's complete Information ( Representative's Name, Company Name, Complete mailing Address and phone number) MUST be provided prior to consideration for services.

3.Borrower's Information ( Full legal name(s), Complete mailing Address and phone number) MUST be provided prior to consideration for services.

4. All the above must be received in Purchase order form or e-mail with the wording "Complete an FHA Compliance Final / Partial and supply FHA Form 92051 as per our requirements"

5. No FHA Compliance Service order shall be accepted without Valid FHA Case Number and Mortgage Company Loan # for proper Identification.

6. Payment for Services must be received prior to us dispatching our Inspection Staff by Credit Card or to those who have established credit by check Net 30 days from receipt of issued FHA Completion Final. credit reporting after 10 days late .
